Field Technician

Overview

We are seeking a confident, adaptable Field Technician who can represent our organization with professionalism in a variety of corporate environments. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, enjoys engaging with clients, and is comfortable presenting information to groups when required. While an IT background is an asset, it is not mandatory. We value strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn above all.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support, service, or installations at client locations while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
• Present information, updates, or demonstrations to groups in a confident and engaging manner.
• Troubleshoot issues, follow established procedures, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Document service activities, site findings, and client interactions with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel regularly to client sites within the US region (and occasionally beyond, as required).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and speak confidently in professional settings.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust and rapport in corporate environments.
• IT knowledge or technical aptitude is an asset, but not required, training will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record within the last 3 years and the ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and attention to detail.
